Checklist before changing (deactivating) KYC

All assets withdrawnPlease confirm that all remaining assets, including coins and USDT, have been withdrawn from your account.

Unlink phone/email verificationPlease unlink your registered phone number and email for security integration.

Disable 2FA authenticationPlease disable 2FA security authentication such as Google Authenticator or Authy.

Delete API KeysIf you are using trading automation programs (API), please delete your API keys.

Click the profile icon in the top right corner and select the "Account & Security" menu.

Click the [Verify Now] button next to "Identity Verification" in the list.

Click the [Identity Transfer] button under Identity Verification in the list.

Follow the instructions to proceed with face verification.

Follow the instructions to proceed with additional verification.

Click [Continue] to proceed with the process.

Enter the information for your new account registered with the Heymore code, then enter the verification code.

Once the change is complete, verification on your old account will be deactivated, and your KYC information will be transferred to the new account.
