Elon Musk has again pushed his “everything app” vision for X into the spotlight, telling users that a native payments layer, X Money, is now close to launch – and reigniting questions over whether Dogecoin, Bitcoin or crypto at large will be part of it. In a post on Nov. 13, Musk announced a major technical milestone for the platform: “X just rolled out an entire new communications stack with encrypted messages, audio/video calls and file transfer.
