Ireland’s media regulator, Coimisiún na Meán, has launched formal investigations into TikTok and LinkedIn, citing potential violations of the European Union’s Digital Services Act (DSA). This comes after a similar investigation was launched against Elon Musk’s X last month, making these the first DSA enforcement actions by the Irish regulator.
