1. The refund fee you requested will be safely transferred to your wallet address within the exchange you traded on. When using Exchange A, which you newly joined through Heymore, the fee will be sent to your Exchange A wallet address. Transferring from an Exchange A wallet address to an Exchange B wallet address is not supported. For traders using an exchange that does not have an internal wallet, a customer service representative may request receivable wallet address information from you.

2. To prevent erroneous transfers, Heymore double-checks the trader's personal information and wallet address before sending the refund amount.
3. Heymore uses the TRON network, a digital token called TSC (Tokenized Stock Coin), to process refunds, which is intended to provide speed and stability. Therefore, users must register a wallet address on the USDT-TRC20 chain to have their refunds processed normally.
4. You can register your UID for each exchange in [My Page] > [My Refund Information]. New users who have signed up for an exchange through Heymore and completed identity verification can register their UID for that exchange in [My Refund Information]. UID verification is completed within 1 hour during business hours. If your UID is not verified after 1 hour, please request a 1:1 consultation through the customer center, and a representative will assist you promptly. You can find your UID on the My Account screen for each exchange.
