  1. Go to the customer support section in the top right of the homepage.
  2. Click on Self-Service and then select View All.
  3. Find the KYC list and select Reset KYC.
  4. Select a reason, review the precautions, agree, and click Confirm Update.
  5. KYC deletion complete!
